TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY CHAMBER
XRF is widely used to measure the elemental composition of materials. Our equipment can detect elements from sulphur to uranium, especially cadmium, lead, mercury and other hazardous substances banned by the enforcement of the RoHS directive. It also provides us metal alloy analysis to check the quality of raw materials.

This compact, general purpose moisture meter is used to check the moisture level of wooden products.
WOOD MOISTURE METER
We have two non-destructive plating thickness testers. One is designed to precisely measure nonconductive coatings on conductive substrates and/or nonmagnetic coatings on magnetic substrates. The other is designed to precisely measure the following plating over steel with an Eddy current probe: Zn, Ni, Cu, Cr, Cd. It is designed to measure non-magnetic coatings over steel by using a magnetic probe.
COATING THICKNESS MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT
Portable verifiers are full-featured barcode verifiers compatible with all major linear bar code symbologies. They are both the pass/fail tester for bar code symbols and the powerful measuring tool for detailed testing of these same symbols.
BARCODE VERIFIER
Colors appear differently under different light sources. To avoid/reduce the assessment error when performing color deviation check, we use this cabinet to simulate different light sources to obtain an objective assessment of color and color difference. The light sources we have are: D65 (6500K), TL84 (4000K), F/A (2700K) and UV (365 nm).
COLOR ASSESSMENT CABINET
This gauge is capable to measure small pulling or compression force. We usually use this apparatus to determine the pull force of magnetic catches. The capacity is 10 kgf and the resolution is 100 gf.
MECHANICAL FORCE GAUGE
Penetration test records the time required to drive self-drilling screw through steel plate under a predetermined load. Drilling speed of our equipment can be set from 1800 to 3400 RPM. The range of tested screw is #6~#12 in diameter and 9.5~180 mm in length.
DRILLING PENETRATION TESTING MACHINE
After metallographic specimen are prepared, we can examine the microstructure of metals by using optical microscope. We ususally use this equipment to evaluate the performance of heat treatment. Another application of this equipment is to measure the coating thickness of hot dip galvanized products.
REFLECTED LIGHT UPRIGHT MICROSCOPE
The machine is designed to measure Rockwell hardness on flat surface. Normally, sample preparation is not necessary if the workpiece is in a plate form.
ROCKWELL SUPERFICIAL TYPE HARDNESS TESTING MACHINE
The machine is designed to measure Vickers hardness in tiny area. Therefore, we can understand the hardness of specific location, such as surface hardness, core hardness and carburization depth. Specimen must be prepared by successive procedures of cutting, mounting, and polishing.
MICRO-HARDNESS TESTING MACHINE
Polishing machine is used for the third step of specimen preparation for micro-hardness teat and metallographic analysis. Polished samples avoid surface defects to influence the results of following test.
POLISHING MACHINE
Mounting machine is used for the second step of specimen preparation for micro-hardness teat and metallographic analysis. After samples have been cut to small pieces, this machine uses resin to mount irregular shape samples into cylinder shape ones, which is easier for next step.
MOUNTING MACHINE
Cutting machine is used for the first step of specimen preparation for micro-hardness test and metallographic analysis. This machine can cut workpiecess in a very precise location.
CUTTING MACHINE
Salt spray testing chamber is an equipment simulating corrosive envionment by dense saline fog. We perform neutral salt spray (NSS) tests with 5% NaCl solution to check corrosion resistance of workpieces.
SALT SPRAY TESTING CHAMBER
This unit is a 2-D color vision measuring instrument for reliable and easy non-contact measurement of small workpieces, surfaces and contours. The strength of this compact table-top unit lies particularly in its precise measurement of difficult, very complex, soft or highly stuctured parts. Its accuracy is +/- 5 micrometers.
VISION MEASURING SYSTEM
Profile projector is an optical instrument that can be used for measuring dimensions of small parts. It magnifies the profile of the specimen, and displays on the built-in projection screen with digital X, Y and angle readouts. The resolution is 0.001 mm. Effective table area is 266 x 170 mm. 
PROFILE PROJECTOR
Universal testing machine can perform tensile, compression, bending and shear tests. Mechanical properties such as yield strength, ultimate strength, Young's modulus, elastic limit, and percentage of elongation can be measured. The capacity  is 20 tons.
